Reed Exhibitions Mexico, organizers of the Expo Seguridad Mexico and Expo Seguridad Industrial events, have responded to the growing global public health crisis by postponing the shows, which were originally scheduled to begin on April 21. The events will now take place from August 18 to 20, 2020 at Centro Citibanamex.

Event organizers are heeding guidance from the Mexican public health authorities regarding travel to and from impacted countries, in addition to the request by public authorities to restrict gatherings of 5,000 people or more.

“All our thoughts are with those impacted by COVID-19,” said Jorge Hagg, Show Director. “The decision to postpone the shows was a difficult one. Our customers, partners and staff have worked diligently to make this Expo Seguridad edition a reality. However, our top priority is to ensure the health and safety of all who are part of the events. We are confident that our rescheduled shows will continue to live up to the high standards participants have come to expect, and provide a vital service to the industry.”
